The need and urgency to construct the school was co-identified in year 2001
by members of Godfrey’s children Foundation (GCF)under its Youth Entrepreneuship Programme(Y.E.D.P). It was not until 2003 that the actual construction of the school was implemented. By the end of January 2004, the school had enrolled 118 students and employed several full time teachers and non-teaching staff. The school also gets initial financial support and books on enterpreneurship from Lundy Foundation and Africa Bridge both from USA. The foundation stone of the school was officially laid on Friday, October 08, 2004 by the US Embassy Chargē d'Affaires his excellency Michael S.Owen. |
